Dr. Adaralegbe is admitted to practice law in Nigeria. He has an LL.M (with Distinction) in Petroleum Law & Petroleum Policy and a PhD in International Investment Law from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy, University of Dundee, Scotland.
He is presently leading a team of lawyers that is advising the Nigerian House of Representatives on legal as well as policy aspects of the Petroleum Industry Bill and has been directly involved in major transactions (especially transactions involving foreign investments, with special focus on the energy industry) in a number of capacities, including their dispute settlement.
